Stationary bike (bicycle) is exercise machine consist of pedals, saddles and handlebar together in form like bicycle. Stationary bike is consist of magnetics friction mechanism that user can adjust resistance to simulate friction on flywheel. Stationary bike formed like real bicycle but have no wheel.

Type of Stationary bike (bicycle)

  • Gymnasticon – Real bicycle like with upright bike and indoor cycling bike which professional design for indoor exercise which is highly recommended for user who have enough area for placing it.
  • Mini exercise bike – is Gymnasticon but only with paddle and resistance mechanism only, no saddle and handlebar. user who use this stationary bike can use any chair and place stationary bike below to ride or move to create new excercise experience.

Advantage and disadvantage

  • Gymnasticon stationary bike – stable, more functional, handlebar, more expansive ,heavyweight, bulky.
  • Mini stationary bike – lightweight, cheaper, variable, compact, unstable, limited functional.

Staionary bike is one of safety exercise that have minimal risk to injury your leg, angles and knees. Stationary bike is very easy to use and everyone can exercise.
